Can you explain how your company solves the partial note issue? 

I have no issues sharing what we have learned up to this point and the work instructions / processes we have built. 

That's why the search isn't fixed after 10 years of the exact same issues.

Both lost their homes because of the shuricanes and went into having credit issues because of this.

We've never had any issues whenever we submitted a claim, and they would take care of the type of situation you're dealing with.

I'd issue a notice of non renewal, do the work that's needed to get the property rent ready and find a solid tenant that will help you get to your goals. 

Today I had a heater issue and snow company that was late handling commercial before residential so we ended up clearing it.Open to each option.

I would suggest doing these separately however since you will run into issues with a partial release clause on a blanket loan.
