The only things you can legally do are inject money to support the LLC if the company is not performing and take distributions in a manner which follows your operating agreement.

What I don’t know is whether the demand for housing will be enough to minimize the effects of a high rate of foreclosures being injected rapidly into the market.

I tend to hold my rentals 2-3 years, then sell and use the appreciation to buy 2 more, without having to inject a lot more capital.

In 08' there was a squeeze on available capital where currently it's very available and they are injecting as much capital into the economy as possible. 

The gov. is injecting too much dollars into the market so any hard asset is going to appreciate hardly to combat the inflation.

I expect once the stocks stop getting injected with printed capital, stocks will fall and the economy will enter a recession.

Unfortunately, I don’t believe I can 1031 if I’m planning to reposition funds out of that LLC to one with my wife and inject additional capital or else there could be more.
