A typical unit to cool a one-story, 1500 sq ft home is about 2 or 2.5 tons;- Whether or not the new outside condensing unit matches the indoor evaporator coil.

Small roasters are meant for indoor use.

You will see many names of companies you recognize on buildings currently being built or recently built in Dubai.Probably the coolest thing I saw was the indoor ski run with a full-size chairlift!

Do that before the flooring in case you make a mess.I'm not sure I'd bother tiling the basement unless the basement is finished and you can't do carpet (and I'd do a softer indoor/outdoor down there)As for the kitchen--do you really need new cabinets or can they be salvaged?  

Installing a condenser (outdoor unit), indoor coil and lineset, as well as the electrical service needed outside, will probably run you 5k. 

Once again, the style of the house guides the style indoors. 

Other possibilities include companies that provide indoor climbing walls, theatre groups and bands that need rehearsal space, athletic groups that need to train in winter (lacrosse teams, roller derby.)

I don't think I am being unreasonable in the regard to indoor smoking as any standard lease (unless otherwise stated) usually has verbiage pertaining to smoking indoors regardless if the landlord agrees or disagrees with smoking or lifestyle of any kind.
