Loan to value ratio: The higher the loan to value ratio (LTV) is, pricing takes a hit.

Newer investors will not understand that if they don't hit a few base hits and get the ball rolling. 

Should drive land prices and demand up in our small town USA.Trying to retire but the hits keep coming.
