Instead of a straight sale, the owner is rather selling 100% membership interests in the company whose sole asset is the property.

Does this 20% off stack with the 15% off from the annual membership?

There are quite a few for pay membership online sites with foreclosure information. 

I had a family in their 32 days after I listed it on the sight (who ended up staying for 6 months)....CHBO also will give you a 30 day guarantee...so if no one books your rental within 30 days of listing it, they will extend your membership for an additional 6 months for free...yeah I got that deal too. 

At the limits of what this society tolerates in membership fee avoidance are agents of the IRS.But what's far more interesting for me is what keeps the bulk of the population in line. not the tiny minority of criminals or major tax cheats.

You could use the BP calculator (5 times for free membership) or find some available online for free.The most important thing that is going to get you ahead: commit to do 1 thing at least every day that is going to get you closer to your goal of acquiring and creating wealth through real estate: read, analyze, go to open house....
