Were the police calls noise related.. get time and date of calls.Give her written notice of Non-compliance, Noise violation, High Traffic (unauthorized people at all times of day/nite), prostitution (more than likely).. and dont forget the trash.I'd do a letter of mutual lease termination with the notice on non-compliance, and say if she agrees to vacate, in writing within 5 days,, that's by Sunday at 5 PM you will not file eviction action on Monday at 9AM.

She would get drunk, makes a lot of noises, smokes indoor and claimed that she lives in the building.

Also a pool house will attract more party guests leading to noise, etc.

Not enough happens in one week to clog up folks' emails and with over 10 projects going on and many investors in multiple investments I think that would just be noise they don't need and not an efficient use of our team's time.  10) What is the process / timeline?

What I bring to the table:- Stable income/employment history- Handy and technically minded- Great with excel and programming, should translate well to custom analysis tools and automation- Commitment and discipline to spend the next decade grinding and doing whatever (legally and ethically) it takes to be successful.Thank you for taking the time to read this, and thank you to everyone involved with bigger pockets for facilitating this community.
