Hey Jaxin,Congrats on jumping into the real estate game.

I mean if you have specialized knowledge its fair game to charge for it..PuuuLEASE, it is far from the "same" program".

I don't think anyone has ever said anything about sheets, towels, Keurigs, wifi speed, tv stations, pack-n-plays, the games in the game room, the upgraded appliances, etc.

Picture this: 3 pools and hot tubs, a dynamic game room, a versatile venue, pickle-ball courts, outdoor theater, mini-golf, and more.

Adding bedrooms to both units sounds like a game-changer for rent potential. 

I own a property management company and am looking to get into the investment game too and to meet people on a similar path.

The main Real Estate one, On The Market, and BP Money are some of my favorites, but I also listen to the Rookie show when the topics are interesting. 

And here in Chicago I always check my favorite local homicide tracker whose name violates usage restrictions.Is there other favorite metrics out there that I am missing? 

It was great to get our heads in the game, and got us to move quicker to get a house (since we were basically forced to get a pre-approved loan in order to tour houses...).

I have also have saved almost $50K so far to take a start in this game and also my personal credit score is above 750.I'd like someone to guide me purchasing my first property and want to kickstart with a small property first.
