Do you routinely give out the Owners Disclosures like we see in the owner occ..

Routine maintenance on owned vehicles should be documented.

I also have had tenants who routinely pay rent a week late and include the $50.

This is how I feel on a routine basis.

Bless their hearts though, they really struggle with getting positive results that experienced note investors achieve routinely.  

This amount is reasonable if a tenant only has to apply to one rental before being accepted, but it can become burdensome quickly to renters in our area who routinely apply to several units before being accepted.  

This provides us the opportunity for us to move back into the house if we, the landlords, receive orders back to the area.Tenant Assumes Responsibility for the following Routine Maintenance: Granite and stainless steel appliances if applicable.Yard Maintenance to include mowing, edging, feeding, seeding, maintaining sprinklers, etc.Tenant is responsible for thy smoke/CO detector.

I have a friend that routinely does this, he has been busted by the bank one time, they only gave him a slap on the wrist and told him to halt all work.
