What to do after the contract is signed?
Do you have a routine that you follow after signing a contract with a seller? (buy and hold/buy and flip) I am interested in what your next steps are after you get a home under contract. Do you:
1. Call your attorney/title co?
2. Get and inspection on the property? (if you even get one?)
