@Derick Jennings Without knowing more about your situation, I'd likely recommend a house hack, a strategy I wish I would have known about when I got started.

When did the HELOC on my house with ADU, the first appraiser used option one and I demanded a new appraisal where they would give me a flat value.

@Samuel Coronado - the challenge is that there will likely be a very small number of renters looking for a house that size, as well as that can afford a rent amount that high who won't just buy otherwise.
