I have been reading around on the forums for a few weeks now, learning and digesting as much information as I can.

I'm just trying to digest the cost since I want to install a driveway and parking area in my backyard ($35-50K). 

There is obviously a lot to digest from the memorandum and much of it is beyond my knowledge base.

Justin - The no and low money down book is pretty fantastic and easily digestible - even gives some good tips. you dont learn in real estate school.

Would you all recommend the paperback versions of The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs and The Book on Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor or is the content in the books easy to digest via audio?

Typically, it's not a good idea to start performing surgery on a patient before you have finished digesting the how-to textbook.
