Where on earth do you live? 

Rapid rehousing is that you take the person who is STILL so anti-social that there is not a human on this earth who will let them sleep on their floor to keep them off the streets...and put them in the house you own.

Account Closed and people wonder why landlords are one of the most hated professions on earth and why tenant friendly laws are slowly (or sometimes quickly) becoming the norm.....  

My question is, how on earth are people buying in Utah and getting any decent cash flow?

On my normal internet connection, I'll search for organic vegetables, how I myself can save the earth from Climate Change,  new ways to cook kale and arugula,  modern movies and tv shows that glorify dysfunction and violence,   on my VPN pretend there's a Bill of Rights?   

It is not an earth shattering concept but often the foundational items are what make a good/bad decision or deal.

Learn the area, jump on google earth, start rating the high schools, find where the hospitals are, and where the large employers are located.
