I’m currently working towards getting my real estate license with a focus on helping investors buy 2-3 properties a month.

I am a newbie investor, originally from southwestern, PA and now currently located in Washington, DC.

Personally knowing the founder of BP, Josh Dorkin and the current CEO, Scott Trench, I can tell you that their intent in starting and growing the bigger pockets community is to encourage investors of all experience levels to share their experience and network with like minded individuals.

Did the COVID bubble alter this generalization for the current market conditions?  

I'm a new member here and currently live in Houston, TX. 

I'm not sure if they still have that in this current rate environment but they do exist.
