There are also many other website template creators out there that are easy to use and you can customize to make your own for low cost.In regards to security deposits, I find that vacation rental guests are deterred by large security deposits and the back and forth of returning them can be a nightmare for bookkeeping.

I assume you believe that consciousness is so complex that it couldn't exist without some creator, right?

And if your response is that God has always existed and therefore didn't need a creator, why can't someone use the argument that perhaps the universe has always existed and therefore didn't need a creator?

I'm wondering if there is a point of diminishing returns; in other words, does spending money to make an attractive and solid online presence produce leads (and deals) effectively in real life, and does working with these special turn-key website creators enhance that?

Just an investor.. then sometimes the investing side of it goes well.. they continue with their money creator ( job )  Credit creator ( job )  and continue to roll up .. this is the back bone of mom and pop real estate which is fully half of the rental units if not more in the US.
