At the beginning of 2023, we see rates in the mid 3% range, reflecting in development starts slowing in 2023 and 2024 resulting in much lower net deliveries in 2025 and onward as rates continue to remain elevated and bank financing requirements remain tight.As you can see, this has put downward pressure on Vacancy rates, since the lower supply of oncoming units coupled with a continued expected population growth in the D.C.

Hello @Yvonne Wang,The scope of work should include the following:- Basic info: Property address, client name, contractor's contact info, address, license#'s, signed general/operating agreement b/w contractor and client- Specification of repairs: Repair item, Quantity of items needed, total & per unit cost of items, taxes (if applicable), Completion hours, title of the person responsible for the repair item, written summary describing the work- Add'l info: Schedule of repairs, additional payment schedule details i.e. disbursement schedule, method of disbursement, deposits, holdback amounts, etc.The screenshot below highlights a couple of repair items.

I'm sure people would pay extra for some kind of "meal prep/private chef" type package in their living situation.You've got the right idea thought, but don't be afraid to reach...nothing wrong with dropping your price after a couple weeks if you don't get any interest.
