Offer an agent bonus ($1,000 worked for us) to get more showings - just put that in the confidential agent remarks.I see it has no AC - have you thought about putting in a few window units?

Frankly, the person will probably know that it was you without the assistance of the association.If you are terribly concerned about complaining confidentially, you should first make sure that there is a method to do so.  

an agent has a fiduciary responsible to their client  one of these is Confidentiality.

Some are individuals worth 7,8,9 figures so confidentiality is expected.Having said that you should know right away if someone is blowing smoke or they have the skills.   

If you're thinking in terms of asking his Probation Officer for information, there is probably a confidentiality law governing that.

I'm confident I can assign this for a quick 8-10k to one of my contractor buyers however I'm wondering if I may be passing up a better option by purchasing and doing light rehab and sell on rent to own or if I may be better to look to sell on sweat equity.
