I spent 8 days on my hands and knees scrubbing cove base with a toothbrush and caked-on soap scum from the tub, scrubbing and painting walls, and taking 11 passes to the kitchen floor with a mop to strip/seal/polish it etc. to deliver a pristine perfect unit to these people.  

It is pretty unique in that it takes place at an active investment deal and is primarily comprised of BP members, so there are plenty of opportunities to learn and network. 

The real estate industry is huge, comprising of many different components.

@Omar Khan  this is all based on MLM marketing strategies.. nothing new here.. just different vehicle instead of soap or phones or wicker baskets its real estate.. 

San Antonio has HEB which I am sure doubled profits on toilet paper and hand soap alone this year.  

But it's really nice when it happens.It's also prudent to be prepared in case the upward trends that are experienced are not actually an upward trend, but are more like a soap bubble, poised to burst when it reaches maximum expansion.By advising @Mike D. to stick with the number he "should be" using, you're asking him to ignore reality and stick to theory and that simply isn't practical.I like Mike's model because it builds in some conservatism.
