You mean it's composed of Investor owners, rather than Owner Occupant owners.  

Many of these communities like Safety Harbor, Dunedin, and Palm Harbor all offer monthly festivities with street vendors, pedestrian safe areas, live music etc.I could go on and on about economic growth, job growth, the number of people migrating to FL each year etc.

While I have many interests, all varying from music production, video game development, cars, and even real estate, I just don't get excited about getting a degree for any of them and hoping to land a career, working that "9-5".While I will always have much to learn, I feel "ready" to take the leap and start gaining some momentum in regards to starting a business of my own, or at least owning some rental properties.

The last thing I'd want is for my originator to post publicly about some aspect that was questionable, that just wouldn't be good for business, nor would it be wise to almost invite regulators to come visit me.I'd say, that since the radio has gone silent, that the music died, that something is not quite right.
