And so they can actually rent a property for less so your competitor can come in and pick up that asset for 50 000 and he's into it for 50 when you're into 150,000.

As business-owners, would you all take kindly to a future competitors asking for help?

In order for something like this to pass muster, I would think you would need to have an arms-length company in place that could provide Consumer you with a written quote for the job based on fair market prices and reasonable profit for Contractor you, and then maybe at least one or two other quotes from competitors.

Some tenants couldn't care less about additional technology and will not want to pay for it.If a landlord tried to offer me a tech package as an additional fee, I would have declined and informed them I'd buy it for myself when I bought my own home.In addition to that, as a landlord I'd only think about doing the smart items for a higher-end property and/or my direct competitors were doing it as well. 

For me, I'm not helping my competitors.

Do the other competitors have extra land to build?

Look at what your competitors are doing.

,I always price my houses based on the market, and what are mine competitors charging for the same-- and why would they pick mine?   

If you could make tons of money wholesaling why would you bother wasting your time teaching your competitors to do it for a couple hundred bucks? 

If you aren't satisfied with the fees the lender is charging shop and provide the quote from a competitor to the lender & ask if they can beat it.
