I met him at an event in Oakland and was not impressed personally all he would say is he does big deals for big money.. and I know how hard it is to do business with those in his community it really surprises me how people followed and invested as much as they did.

I used to try to help answer a lot of questions from new members but get tired of the rudeness and ghosting, and so I generally wait to see if the poster is still engaged before I participate.

I have always imagined getting to the point where I could hold/ run a small community of mountain cabin rentals or a guest house, something along those lines.Thanks,Chad  Yes I meant AirBnb and Mid-term rentals, rent by the room, glamping (although I probably wouldn't go that route), buying commercial RE and running a business (for me that would be a lot of work with a W2 job and buying property locally or leasing out a space is expensive here).
