Hi Jacob - I have a network of partners from financing to tax strategy, REI coaching, etc...who can help answer a lot of these questions and get you some guidance. 

Our goal at FlipSystem is to coach students through the entire process of multiple projects at a time from acquisition to exit, which is where our students value our system over just reaching out to a single agent to help them find deals and then reaching a roadblock.

Would just need to coach him.   

I'm an investor based out of Longmont and do a bit of real estate investment coaching as well.

Mentoring and Coaching should be a complimentary business not a primary one when they either have failed miserably or never even were an investor.
