It is all a lie!

Because they lie to sellers who need help.When I show up at an off-market appointment and wholesalers are there on a cattle call, I tell the seller to ask everyone in the room for a proof of funds.

I noticed that they kept making more and more of a mess over time, and I have caught them lying to me about multiple things over the past 2 years. 

No lie!

Winner, winner, chicken dinner :)I'm not sure how many tenants I've had over the years but it's surely been over 100 in my personal portfolio, not including those in properties we've managed for others.

So without my knowledge, I bought a turnkey property with a tenant that wasn't paying (never paid), I had to evict them (pay for the eviction), I had to pay for the turnover cost which was thousands of dollars, and I've been lied to by at least the property manager that came with property within 2 months of signing on the property (August).So I got everything fixed, the PM wanted to get the property rent ready.

It took many years before I realized I was lying to myself.

Including cows, sheep, goats, chickens, pigs, etc...Just my 2 cents.

Maybe I’m just chicken little…

I was watching it and I was seriously thinking, about how dishonest that was.It is literally making sales (or trying to) by confusing your audience and lying to them to manipulate a sale.Starting next week I'm selling a course that teaches you how to NOT make money.
