I always go with a quick "best case/worst case" in my head.Best- you save yourself a few extra moments of grief in the rain.Worst- your tenants get the eviction thrown out for improper notice and you have to start over 3 months into the process...In this case Id DEFINITELY post the door in a pouring rain and take a photo of your heroic efforts for the court.
