Hi my names Albert and I'm 20, i recently started working with a real estate firm in houston on the investing branch of the company and I've learned a lot recently.

I discovered Bigger Pockets through listening to a couple of podcast episodes and now am starting to browse the forums to get a better understanding of how I can start to branch out into more real estate investing.

They also have branches around you.

I've called 20 banks in NJ and none of them will set up the account for me.Are there any New Jersey Brokers out there who have a particular branch, or better yet, a specific banker they work with who has set up an Broker escrow or trust account for them.Am I missing something here? 

Typically ones with 5-10 branches. 

I invest in Auburn, AL and plan to start branching out into Raleigh in 2018 or 2019.  

Do you think the current executive branch is held to any executive action from the Obama administration?

If a tenant likes to pay cash, have them go directly to the branch of your bank to deposit the rent.
