I have decided that my skills lie in spreadsheets, analysis, and careful due diligence and thus I arrived at the conclusion that I should start my career as a real estate developer/investor.I recently loaded up my Kindle with books and bought a ticket to Costa Rica where I will spend most of my time working on organic farms or in hotel resorts, photographing the multitude of species of reptiles and amphibians and ravenously devouring real estate knowledge.  

I love to put my books on Kindle so I have them on my cell phone, tablet, or can access them on a computer anywhere in the world.

Don't get me wrong, having a daughter has been an overwhelming joy and I felt blessed my wife wasn't stereotypically suggesting for me to sell my beloved Mustang Cobra!

I think people buy into their beloved city especially if it's their hometown and they have no other experience, say in a Red City.

My suggestion is spend more time gathering kindling and watching other arsonists first.
