That body of knowledge can be frightful sometimes Joel :)I've seen blogs by frustrated poets and authors, just a means to express themselves and that's all well and good to let the creative juices flow, but when it comes to things like advising others in money matters or their health issues or buy a home, you'd think people would have enough sense not to advise if they really didn't know the subject....not always the case I know. :)

Funny thing is that I met a builder tonight that built them before all the local manufacturers went belly up in the crash.

Builders have to build until they can't sell anymore and then they go belly up, just like Donald Trump.

But do your analysis and figure out for yourself whether or not the, "juice is worth the squeeze"?!?!

Real estate agents - they don't understand what we do - most are way too conventional to be useful - some of the properties are of a low value - not enough commission juice (we even tried to making them equity partners - nope - (too many problems related to a net listing) 2.

It is good to leave some bagels or similar, juice, coffee, tea and maybe bottled water to get people started at least for their first morning in case they are arriving too late to shop.
