PS I owe our success to this project to my Wife.. if we listened to our GC he would have put in what all the other  GC or builders do..

Goals: My wife and I would like to take our little family and move to a remote ranch in the west.

I will never live/share a living space with anyone except my wife, not even family members/inlaws.
