Still assessing if it was the property itself or the property class.

The guy I signed up with basically knew nothing more than me filling out the application.

Basically they'll come up with reasons as to why the "guarantee" doesn't apply to your situation. 

Keep your equities levered at 20%(half high vol, 1/4 low vol, 1/4 basic indices) and keep your phys/hard assets levered at 40%.

You basically sell to your self but still own it.
