My suggestion is to be patient and thoughtful. 

It's going to be location specific.

@Kwanza P. 780+ pretty much gets you all the same rate regardless of being in the low to mid 800s.

You might be missing out on some revenue.The revenue seems pretty good to me.

That's unusual and it would be very difficult to find a passive investment like that.Also direct control means I know exactly what's going on.

Need I be concerned with UBTI?
