If the landlord pays for it, they will waste it, at least that is my opinion.Lady I spoke with also told me this guy is NEVER around and it is a shame because it was a nicer place till he let it go.

It is a shame when so many people like to push the Dodd-Frank act when there is nothing to back up what they are saying other then the law which needs to be tried and tested before anyone can say for sure how everything will play out.

If low income tenants didn't behave this way their rent could be even lower, landlords have to charge more to cover these types of periodic losses and still make a return to make it worthwhile, it really is a shame.
