Yes, what we get here are a bunch of analytical types, for fun or fortune, they just have to play with a calculator to figure out what most don't know, but think they are accomplishing something.

While you can always come up with deviations to the past-performance-analytics ("What if the company's CFO runs away with all the money", "EPA fines for chemical dumping" etc on par with "Sinkhole" or "Need a new roof" ).  

I am budgeting for PM cost in my analytics. 

We need you bright and bold thinkers with analytical skills and genius out there making money and helping stimulate the economy by providing jobs for others in real estate and construction industries.

Restaurants are tough but Im sure you can figure it out with your analytical skills.

@Misty Syts - curious how you came to that list did you use population demographic analytics or do you have personal familiarity?

I grew up with parents that invested in a few rehabs back in the day, and looking to get into this same thing myself.I'm a software engineer so I'm more on the analytical side, but my hope is to get some traction in the rehab side of things and scale up from there.
