Some will become aggravated with you if you start asking for documents.  

They paid for my mortgage, and this relative success made me forget about how aggravated I was about my first purchase.

Ok, this is going to be long winded but I wanted to write this out fully because if my discussion here can save someone else the aggravation I’ve been experiencing then it is worth it.

It's aggravating when the tenant calls saying the frig is broken and they just went grocery shopping but it's bc they left the door open.
