I would be prepared to file for eviction etc. if they are 1 day late on payment, but would not actively be working to get them out if there is not a blatant current violation of the lease agreement. 

I have property here in San Antonio as an active duty member as well and there are over 10k properties listed for rent in the city.

Huge cash out in the future from appreciation or active income from rentals now? 

@Randee Erickson We are a very real company and we just saw this post as we are not active on bigger pockets.

Probably some predatory or fraudulent activity here that should be investigated.

Greg makes a great point about reaching out to active brokers, those connections can be invaluable.

We have 3 active projects currently in Central FL. 1) 253 townhomes on 38 acres. 2) 135 SFH's on 48 acres 3) 153 attached SFH's on 21 net acres.

Now do i think human activities can have impact on this, 100%.
