Atlanta is always listed as one of the worst-planned cities in the WORLD, has a different demographic, usually rated in the top ten most dangerous/violent cities in America, is very ugly and cheap, has been either very near or at the very bottom of Mercer's "Quality of Living" in America list for at least fifteen years, and is known nationally as "The New Detroit."

In the lower priced neighborhoods (where you will likely get the best cash flow), the violent crime appears to be concentrated on certain streets, so I have been trying to focus on the streets that do not have those reoccurring incidents.If you do not live in New Castle County DE, you are required to have a property manger.
