I read the loan scheduled and nothing about early pre-pay penalty stood out.  

The rest of the support system would involve roof beams or trusses.

Like Jenkins said, location, location, location - that (and the size of the complex) were the first things that stood out to me.

I do need to learn the Virgina side though as I do have an expected two transactions in Virginia in October and November.There were two key things that stood out to me about the DC/MD contracts.

Investing in real estate part-time while working a full-time career really stood out to me.
