You just need to educate yourself on the technology available today.

Many do not trust technology and for that reason not having to deal with tracking multiple different forms of payment makes post dated checks the best method.

You'll also have to pay a monthly technology fee to the office.

Less people work in offices these days because of technology and they tend to need less space.

In today’s labor ,materials and Technology have placed a minimum on what costs are today.

As a newbie agent, a bigger firm was nicer (just say you plan to be full time) because of all the great technology and training.

Finding a local agent is helpful for sure but with today's technology, a broker who specializes in Chicago should be able to work nearly every neighborhood and get help from some colleagues if they are not super familiar with a certain area.
