If you were concerned about anonymity, an LLC is not your best strategy but your kind of late to the ball game as it relates to privacy. 

But Amazon also put up a nice privacy and 3 lines of evergreens which also hide the fence. 

I don't think there would be a privacy problem as long as you posted a notice re the presence of the camera. 

But we will be heavily subsidizing, while getting more privacy and comfort than our prior 2 family up/down home.

-Lower cost - means lower risk on your first deal when you are getting started and still learning-Potential lower vacancy rate depending on property because there is higher likelihood of long term tenants that want privacy, etc that only SFR offers.
