The landlord policy will pay for damage to the building.Your renters policy would pay for damage to your personal property.The renters policy pays for damage to the tenants property.I hope that helps - talk to your agent and if they seem confused print this out and show it to them (and maybe get a different agent lol)

Hard to describe but imagine a very busy piece of stationary with colorful shapes and starbursts that then had text printed over it.

Just be sure to read ALL of the fine print in the operating agreement.

I prefer white because stainless steel shows finger prints.

And when you ask any of the many, many people who bought into STRs being a cash printing machine for anyone involved, it is a bust.  

I'm not as concerned with how the future tenant will e-sign it as they can always print it out on their end and sign it, scan it, and send it back to me, but with that said I'm not even sure if that's legally binding? 

This is another caveat I see, the fine print.

People think "arrest" and think of being "booked and processed" with finger prints and pictures etc.. 

Don't hold your breath for printed houses.
