Why would you use an agent that does not use professional photography? 

Especially on taking action in such a tough market.If I may offer one suggestion for future real estate photography, put the toilet seat down!

Pictures work wonders and numerous studies have shown that pro photography pays for itself many times over.4.

I have a few ideas to apply to this and they are as follows: Tent camping and or hunting and possibly fishing, events like small festivals and concerts, photography shoots and  boat and or camper storage. . 

We also include landscaping, winter services, and photography on top of the digital presence.

That might mean taking a class, getting some gear (photography), a new computer what have you.... 

Then take the $10 dollar Udemy course on Photography for Real Estate Agents -- before you buy an new camera. 

Going from zero to 100 is foolish.I equate it to someone deciding they want to try photography so they buy a $5,000 camera and $10,000 in lenses.
