It’s amazing how many times people cut corners like not having beach chairs when near a beach, not having a high chair / pack in-play for family oriented homes or even just adding snacks.  

Wait so kids in 1-4 families are “protected” and kids in multi-families 5+ get to eat lead for snack each day?

Unfortunately I am not getting much useful information about the process to passover tenants contracts and Housing Authority payments from the seller or my agent.Can i ask the seller to collect the May rent and entirely credit it to me on closure? 

A good breakfast is also important (cereal or sugary snacks are not good breakfast).

Most investors would pass over this applicant and move on to the next one.

Currently we provide snacks and coffee, grill, and property has an outdoor shower. 

I was at Sam's Club yesterday buying supplies for a STR...luckily I escaped the call of the nasty (but delicious) snack bar pizza, ice cream and soda but it would have been great if someone was already handling meal prep for a healthy dinner.

Sadly, this seems to come with the territory and we need to learn to pass over these like we do over clogged toilets and broken dishwashers.
