I would imagine that the same goes for rentals.I've seen some 4 bedroom 1 bath properties advertised here--that does seem a bit outdated to have only 1 bath.

I know you're not going to buy, but it's nice to hear from people with real results and real numbers.I think your just being nice on the site because I know it is outdated!

It does take a lot of work to get used to it, and sometimes it's a PAIN to find the info you need, but it beats trying to get the information out of some outdated GIS three states away.

I do have some things that are not as nice as I would like such as outdated cabinets or countertops.

If there is a filing agent on the owners behalf you can simply look up their name and contact them to get in touch with the owners.I also can do a tax search with a name that has an outdated address or no address to see if any other addresses pop up that they own.

Some outdated, but the basic principles could make you $10mm in today's market.

I see this as a big undertaking, it's not about trashing any book, if one is really looking like it's outdated or has some poor suggestion, I'll mention those or may not even mention them.
