Yes I'd work with him tell him you want partial payment tomorrow, and get some money on the books,, I'd still give him the pay or quit,, tell him this is formality that you are willing to work with him but if things fail you will be left with no resort if he does not pay or agrees to vacate by end of month,, And remind him Dec rent is coming up.. 

Hi,    I have an investment townhouse in PA on a golf resort community which came with what I believe to be a deeded garage. 

The prices for homes or condos go up the closer you get to the resorts.

We are not right on the lake,but we are in a summer resort area.   

Worst case I go back to fulltime work, but that is a last resort.

As I understand it, tourism is one of Fiji's largest industries, and there is no shortage of resorts as far as I can tell.

They are close to ski resorts and other outdoor activities as well.

Then the numbers become irrelevant except when you are sipping ice tea in Scottsdale at a world famous resort pool during the winter months and you are comparing the two income streams.
