Both are full of BP members and both offer tremendous education and networking opportunities.

Once I get some turnover, the increase in value and cash flow will be tremendous. 

This has caused tremendous stress .

It has tremendously helped my progress. 

But the downside is the (often) tremendous difficulty of management.

Also like Matthew mentions above, each city/state has their own zoning and codes, working with a knowledgeable developer in the areas who would also help you install the container homes would help tremendously imho.

Attendance is free and there is a tremendous opportunity  for networking.

I have learned a tremendous amount in a small period of time thanks to this amazing community and I hope to network with any and all you as I embark on this journey.

Investors, especially with deep pockets, provide tremendous value in all neighborhoods. 

BUT  Self Storage in my opinion can be a tremendous asset class to participate in right now.
