Hi does anyone know if property management groups/ real estate groups that I can join to network New Jersey area 

In addition to Pennsylvania, my thoughts are exploring in the neighboring states—New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.

Mert, there are 55,000 realtors in New Jersey. 

It's good you can bring some perspective to the starting line as you are a broker.I advise beginners all the time how to start and how to set expectations.You said you came into some money, you didn't say how much, so let's say it is 100k, if it is more great, you do not need more than 100k though to get started.I live in South Jersey, property taxes are high and home values are 400k+.

I will illustrate an example: Guy gets hired by a company in Garfield New Jersey because of his familiarity with the industry and the relationships he has, but then decides to bring in his vendors he has a rapport already built up with as aggregators and Space Control etc.
