Thanks @John Van FosenRight now we have 4 buy/hold rentals in northwest Columbus (Powell/Worthington), but there are many good areas, Westerville, Hilliard, Reynoldsburg, Dublin, etc.We just started with hard money, so I guess by default Autumnwood is our preferred since they are also the only ones right now.

@Jerome Thornton  the first thing to do is to watch your words... when you say "I have no options" you are limiting you subconscious mind of coming up with the answer you need to find a solution to your road block.First start with telling your self "how can I fund my deals?"
