@Tucker Cummings  I have no experience with this platform, but after reading this thread I'd be lying if I said my internal radar wasn't going off while reading this thread. 

I have a tenant whose condo suffered a major roof leak, which caused internal dry wall and related damage.

On the flip side given how sub to has been mass marketed through the guru / trainer folks you are going to have a lot of the buyers who are NOT properly capitalized  who dont understand how to do these correctly or are just plain crooks and when things dont work out they walk or even worse realize they can just rip rents and not pay on the mortgage this was very common back in the mid 2000s  I got a few interviews with the FBI chasing down folks that did this 20 30 50 times they were criminal enterprises and they ended up in prison..

Sub2 is for criminals and deviants.

Is the problem with the local ISP or internal routing of the signal inside the HOA?

@Rahel Ketema Hello.I have experience installing and working with both HVAC & mini-splits.I did a complete gut and rebuild on my 1994 furnace & cooler - all new internals within the existing chassis.I also installed a Daiken mini-split in my THOW/ADU.

My Start in Real Estate46 years ago I decided to switch “careers” and left international banking and became a licensed real estate broker.

I am currently interning this summer with a big home builder you may have heard of (PulteGroup) where i am working directly with construction managers.

I'm not saying to invest in El Salvador (I haven't researched it enough) but I think property rights need to be protected in two ways; from arbitrary government abuse, but also from rampant criminality.
