I think if you have a good grasp of the course and you already have NJ you will do fine! 

Do they not grasp that pigeons are invasive and so aren't protected game birds?????

I wish it wasn't.What's probably going to happen now is that you'll carry around this experience and the grudge it engenders for the rest of your life, and after you buy a house, the next time a politician stands up and starts talking about tenant rights and rent control and rent moratoriums, you'll nod along, and bad things will happen to landlords, and we'll all scream bloody murder here and in other forums on how unfair, unfair, unfair it is that people hate landlords so much.How much we contributed as a group to bringing the public outrage on ourselves through unethical, grasping business practices like this, well, that won't be as enthusiastically discussed.

It is a direct indicator of performance and creates a relationship within the portfolio in order for the investor to better grasp the relative impact of a decision. 

I'm not complaining - I've done well - but because I spent a long time not messing with RE at all after my new construction fiasco, I didn't fully grasp the rare opportunity that was in front of me buying properties for less than $50k after the housing meltdown in 08-10.

Done lots of research the last few months and feel like I have a grasp on this, but thought it was worth throwing it out to the community here as well. 

I hear about all this 100% financing which is something I am trying to grasp my head around slowly, as Australian Properties (in Melbourne) are a little ridiculous.

You do need a good foundation, but I think you can grasp that easier and quicker other places.

While I’m new to the REI arena, I believe I have a good grasp of the RE lingo/ terms as I have spent the last couple of months reading, listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos, taking notes, building a plan of action.

You don’t have to listen to every podcast or read every book just enough to where you really understand and have a full grasp of the concepts needed to accomplish your goals.
