My biggest why is my baby girl, currently 2. 

I am married with 2 little girls and 2 dogs. 

What we have here boys and girls is an excellent example of how not to start out in the Bigger Pockets Forums.

At the beginning of my career we had a girl that didn't pay her water bill and her water was cut off.

That's what most of them say.....Fun fact about myself:I am 1 inch shorter than when my youngest daughter was conceived and then born....motorcycles are FUN and apparently dangerous, but I can't wait until I can send my two girls off to college and buy another bigger one....2 wheels are life!

To be honest, one of the girls is diversifying with a mix of equities etc which I don’t want to add to further.

I have no idea most of the time what I am doing as a mom, and I am not always the best sister and daughter - but what I do know is that I will be the first of all of my siblings to generate passive income, and create generational wealth for my beautiful girls. 

I had 3 teams  boy girl each team  we door knocked every NOD  ( notice of Default ) in our 2 million population metro area.

We had 3 girls primarily sharing 1 bathroom, and there was never an issue.

I dated 2 girls for a combined total of 10 years in my 20s and early 30s, and am feeling the pinch to actually find one worth having kids with.
