The GPs will either how this is playing out and have two options hold with a possible cash in refi (which the LPs will have to pay for) or sell.

Are they really littering if you monitor their condition and take them down when you are done?  

Lesson learned...we purchased a SimpliSafe home security system that we can now move from project to project and has only $15 a month in monitoring fees.

@Nehemias Ponce It's not a requirement to monitor it -- there are automated tools like Lending Robot that will buy the notes for you within seconds of when they're released.

I happen to notice many forums from successful investors using brrrr from Texas lol I have it on my keyword so im always learning and monitoring the brrrr from all the forums .

Pics are time stamped and have the GPS location in each picture as well.I want to dissuade them from trying to file suit against me, as it still takes time and hassle to fight, though at this point I've already compiled most of the evidence.
