But my posts in reality sounded like sour grapes and for the most part were discarded and ignored.  

The other type, Operates with one Tool .. because he is a hammer, and see every deal as a nail.. and every opportunity that doesn't look like a nail  will be discarded and bashed out of ignorance and of course he will exalt his NAIL and diminish the screws....

Thanks for the encouragement @Jay Hinrichs, I'm hoping someone has some relevant experience so it isn't construed as an attempt to gain "punitive" damages and quickly discarded.

Not a lawyer, but I have read a lot about how single proprietor LLCs can easy be discarded based on how they are handled.

When I take an application, I go look inside their car. if I see evidence of smoking, I discard the application.

We literally discard any leads that owe too much on mortgage ( I know there is something called creative investing where you can still extract a deal out of such leads... but why would we.... there are soo many we can cherry pick).So we scrub all the leads that are "no good".

If it sounds too good to be true, trust that it is.Newbies, the kind of deals you are being handed off are those others have discarded!!!
